At MYNTHORAX, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags attached.
• Original packaging must be intact.
• Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Process

1. Log in to your MYNTHORAX account and navigate to your orders.
2. Select the items you wish to return and fill out the return form.
3. Print the return label and affix it to the package.
4. Drop off the package at the nearest courier service or schedule a pickup.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please follow the return process and indicate the desired replacement item or size. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is not available, a refund will be issued.
